Removed an advertising last page in volumes 1, 2 and 5.
Origin: Lovag-Empire for v04 to v09; AnHeroGold-Empire for v01 to v03 and v10 to v19.
Images size: 2037x3056.

Double page spread are separated. I would have had to spoil myself to merge them.
If someone want to do it, with imagemagick you can type convert "leftpage.jpg" "rightpage.jpg" +append "doublepage.jpg" in a terminal.
