[1280x720_10bit_AAC] Baccano! torrent

Originally an experiment with ffmpeg, but turned out well from what I can tell, so here it is - a hopefully high quality reencode of the Coalgirls release, for people who:

\- don't need or want the FLAC audio streams; changing to AAC alone saves ~200MB per episode
\- want a 10bit video stream reencode with smaller size (-30% on average), and pretty much the same visual quality
