[SMR Unison-subs] Stand By Me Doraemon - English subtitles v2 torrent

New subtitles (minor changes - for ex: it's "Gian" not "Giant") for:

\[SMR Unison-subs\] Stand By Me Doraemon \[BD 720p x264 AAC2.0\].mkv
and
\[SMR Unison-subs\] Stand By Me Doraemon \[BD 1080p x264 AAC5.1\].mkv

I've included both video file patches and the subtitle file itself.
You don't have to use both.

Either:

1\. Use mkvmerge/mkvtoolnix to mux in the new subtitle file and remove the old.

or

2\. Patch the old video files by moving/copying them to the appropriate folder.
Then run the 1KB patch.bat file creating a new v2 video.
