1080p video was encoded by SonicBlue (I linked the Nyaa page in the info). Subtitles for both releases were done by GJM-DDY and retimed to sync with the BD. Someone from VON and/or SonicBlue sync'd the subtitles, which is the source for both releases.
As for the video source of Nonon, AniDB has Dmon noted for the video and VON for subtitles (which, again, is GJM-DDY's work and only retimed by VON).
