[BSEnc] Time of Eve (BD 720p 10-bit FLAC) torrent

A v2 of some sort, the previous 1080p version wasn't that good, this 720p version has better video than the previous one, with anti-aliasing, better grain retention, and better debanding.

Ultra-slow uploading, be patient.
