[Hi-C][WPP] Rockman.EXE Stream 1-24 torrent

This is the first 24 episodes of Stream subbed by Hi-C, mostly. The first four episodes were done by WPP hence the tag. Soft subs, not hard subs so those files are included as well. I've been told by the group that subbed the rest that these subs aren't very good but I don't know any Japanese so I can't confirm - it's just the only sub that I know of. I had nothing to do with the subbing, I was just asked to upload them since I had them.
