Note to self: don't fool around with the encoding settings when there's not going to be enough time to do another reencode. This one has a bit more residual banding than it should have, but it's still much better (than my reencodes for 11/12, quality's slightly worse than my reencode for 14).

PS: I don't even know how Okarin's face gets rainbows on them. Does Crunchyroll do a YUV>RGB>YUV roundtrip conversion?
