Subtitles from Commie muxed with an AT-X raw (in other words, one without the giant beams of light). Whoever uploaded a similar release last week used a corrupted video, causing the subtitles to de-sync. This uses a non-corrupt video, adds chapters and fixes a goof Commie made in the ED.
