Notes
Wow this took some doing, still not great but its as good as its going to get with the source
Firstly cropped, resized, de interlaced, added couple of strong denoisers and a smoothner script to clear up
the video noise, i then set it for another 2 way pass, with yet another denoiser and a mild sharpner script
also added touch of contrast and colour (still not got all the noise from the video but anymore and the video will be blurry)
