Avalon High, Allie is thrilled when her parents, traveling teachers who specialize in the legend of King Arthur is told that Avalon High will remain on until graduation. Finally she manages to join the track team, making new friends and be a normal high school student. But shortly after arriving, Allie discovers that something strange may be brewing: when researching an essay on the legacy of King Arthur begins to notice some interesting parallels between past and present, from the handsome player Will, who to become her boyfriend, her cheerleader girlfriend, Jen, and her best friend, Lance, to the eerie half-brother Will, Marco, a quirky guy named Miles and football players who act like the knights of the round table.
