A dramatisation of a true story.

In 1965, Britain was withdrawing from its base in Aden (now in Yemen). A young soldier was killed by insurgents. His parents received an impersonal telegram to tell them of his death and that their son would be buried in Aden. They pursued a campaign to bring their son’s body home and to ensure that grieving families should never again be dealt with so insensitively by the British military and government.
