WARNING: The Menu had to go. No space left to add any menu and make the ISO
compliant with BluRay specifications to be burnt on a BD-R DL 50GB disc.  
You can run "AddMenuMaker.bat" to recreate the ISO version that includes the Menu
but exceeds BluRay capacity specifications by a few MegaBytes.
Re-creating the ISO by difference can take either a few minutes or a lot of time...
..that depends on your hardware (HDU/SSD) speed mainly.

Notes: the Italian BluRay disc is a shameful release with 1080i 25fps video and very low
bitrate and so with many artifacts. The US BluRay release offers 34Mbps average bitrate in
23.976fps original format, which means outstanding quality.
The BluRay Italian DTS HD-MA 5.1 has been re-sampled, enhanced, re-synched and re-encoded
at maximum DTS-HD MA quality. The LFE channel was taken directly from the Japanese
DTS-HD MA audio track because it sounds louder and better with less noise.

Regarding the custom menu, due to MultiAVCHD bugs and limitations don't use "setup" on titles
other than the main movie, it would lead to a crash on most players. Otherwise all titles play fine.
And for language audio and subtitles selection just use your player remote controls menu and buttons
to switch, it's easier.
