This is the 2011 Korean action/comedy/romance/thriller film. Its Korean name is "퀵" which is just the English name in Hangul.

"Quick is a speed-action blockbuster, whose title refers to the type of courier in Korea called 'quick service delivery.' Our hero is one such courier who's given the mission to convey a bomb within 30 minutes, which takes him through the heart of Seoul at super-high speeds. Ki-soo, Myung-sik, and Ah-rom were members of the same notorious motorcycle gang. They enjoyed their days roaming the streets recklessly on motorcycles. Now Ki-soo works as a motorcycle delivery man, Myung-sik is a motorcycle cop, and Ah-rom is a pop idol singer. One day, Ki-soo has Ah-rom riding on the back of his motorcycle as he makes a delivery. To his surprise, the delivered package explodes. Ki-soo's cell phone rings and he hears a voice telling him that there is another bomb planted in his helmet which Ah-rom is wearing. Ki-soo is ordered to take another delivery. If the delivery is late or he attempts to run away the helmet will explode."

I downloaded the source video and obtained necroboi's "Quick.2011.DVDRip.XviD.AC3-CoWRY" subtitles from subscene.com. Then I...
- Used Subtitle Edit (by Nikolaj Lynge Olsson) to find and fix all flagged issues
- Added 0.7 second to each subtitle (where possible) to allow more time to read them
- "Softened" all subtitled profanity (bastard --> jerk, damn --> darn, bitch --> wench etc.)
- Corrected commonly-found typos, also converting many word pairs into their common English contractions
- Watched the film and made additional corrections, also italicizing music lyrics, characters' thoughts, flashbacks, and some off-screen dialogue
- Used Handbrake to create the new MKV file, adding my subtitle file as soft captions
