Stacked stones or rock cairns are human made formations found in many cultures, all over the globe. They are a physically striking, a mix of architecture and found materials, and serve many purposes. They can be landmarks or memorials, trail markers or simply ornamental in value. And one of the beautiful things about them, is that they are made from whatever stones are available in that area. Today’s class nstrates two methods of creating watercolor stacked stone images: Artistic & Realistic.
