These are the files you need to make your Sega emulator of choice (Kega, Kgens, etc) boot your CD images and 32x ROM files. Just unzip the files to whatever folder you want them in, and point your emulator at them. If you don't know how to do that, sorry. I don't know what emulator you are using :)

I uploaded this because I noticed it's not on here, and there is only one link on the internet that works for it right now. So you can say this is for archival purposes.
