I have been looking for a canning book like this, clear, easy to read, and to the point. Not fond of the kindle cloud reader. Hope I can get this in print version in the future.
I wish I had this book when I first started canning! More thorough than the Ball canning book. Not as many recipes but a lot more explanations and step by step guidance
