Plot: Special Agent Jack Crawford (Harvey Keitel) goes to the home of retired FBI agent in Florida to seek his assistance in apprehending a serial killer dubbed the
\"Tooth Fairy\" by the police due to characteristic bite marks he leaves on his victims.
