Encoders Notes
I made a small script to crop & re-size.
I dropped that into vdubmod.
There i lowered the brightness,
increased the contrast, gamma & satiration.
Then i de-noised it, used a color de-noiser,
changed the colors with a rgb eq & sharpened it.
Finaly i re-encoded the audio & muxed it back to the video.
It looks realy good imo.
