DESCRiPTiON

The cameras follow the staff and pupils working and studying at Willows High
School in Cardiff over the course of a year. When Head Teacher Joy Ballard came
to the school four years ago it was one of the worst performing in Cardiff. She
has managed to turn things around and has brought a house system to the school.
