The source video was untouched except for re-encoding to mp4 at the exact same odd sizing 720:480, but I forced the correct 16:9 aspect ratio. I believe this is mostly of the same quality as docfester's original, without all the extra amount to download. Any weird video artifacts in the original source would of course still be present.
