youtube-dl latest source code and binaries as per october 24th 2020

As of October 23 2020, RIAA has taken down YouTube-dl's GitHub repositories using a DMCA takedown notice. In the meantime the code and binaries are still being hosted in various linux repos (for the time being), and the directory https://yt-dl.org/downloads/latest/ is still up.

An alternative branch has been created on gitlab: https://gitlab.com/cku/youtube-dl

The program and source code is licensed as 'Public Domain'.

I have gathered the source + various linux and windows binaries of the latest releases (sep 14th and sep 20th) in this torrent as a precaution, hoping to ensure that it wont get lost to the public.
