I tried it and it works like a charm.

Installation
------------

1. You need to have the 1.1.2a update before installing the 1.1.3 update

You can get the full Addon with the 1.1.2a update from:
https://thepiratebay.org/torrent/25428343/[P3D]_V4_QualityWings_787_v1.1.2a

2. Once you have installed the Addon with 1.1.2a,

3. Go to qualitywings website and download the 1.1.3 update

4. open and Install QW787_v1.1.3_P3Dv4_update.exe

5. Copy qw787.gau from crack folder to \Prepar3D v4\gauges. Overwrite when asked.

That's it. You can see the Version in the FMC
