You won't be able to import AIRAC DATA to your PRO-ATC X ultil you install Addon Organizer for P3D v4
and the new Runway Maker for P3D v4

6 - Install Addon Organizer for P3D v4
7 - Copy content from MakeRunways P3D V4 and paste inside your P3D V4 folder, replace existing files.

NOW open PRO-ATC X and import your AIRAC data with sucess !
