If the "back" button in the options menu doesn't work:

1. Find and enter the saves folder
2. Right click the "options" file
3. Click properties
4. Then remove read-only checkbox
5. Click Apply

To change your usermame/language:

1. Change 3DMGAME.ini from read only
2. Open it in notepad
3. Look for USERNAME: and add whatever name you want
4. Look for Language, change to whatever language the game supports that you want
Alternatively you can press ctrl+f and search for USERNAME or Language.
