Leaked Documents Confirming HAARP Technology torrent

Documents I recently found that detail the existence and use of HAARP technolgy. These documents are great to present to anyone who labels you 'crazy, nutjob, conspiracy theorist loser' etc, they always ask for proof don't they. Try this out. It was originally in pdf format, however i was required to sign up to a service that I didn't trust and cost money to join, so i grabbed them as images instead. Numbered in order there's around 34 pages to it.
