Don't know how to install the english patch for phantasy star
online 2? here it is! this package comeswith both PSO2 and the
english patch ALREADY INSTALLED ONTO IT.

all you have to do is just extract by simply double clicking the
.exe file.

Only open part1....the rest extracts for itself.

The english patch doesn't really do anything illegal but you
can still get banned for it....so becarefull.
