Columbine Attack Government Library RE-UPLOAD torrent

this is a RE-upload of Evan Long's torrent that contains all the documents from the Columbine Attack Government Library (CAGDL) which apparently vanished from the site, I previously seeded this to 5 but then Pirate Bay's trackers went down and then the torrent died even though I was continually seeding it through DHT.
