PATCH INFORMATION:
-Fix all fake team names (including Portugal league, Bundesliga, Npower Championship, EPL).
-Update transfer on some teams (We are waiting DLC from KONAMI that will complete transfer , so we don\'t make full transfer).
-Update new kit 2011-2012 for EPL league.
-Add Bundesliga, Npower Championship with real name teams, real logo (We will fix fake team names players, add kit in next version).
-Add new 20 balls.
