How to launch:
1. Open DeSmuME
2. Click on File and select \\\\\\\"Open ROM\\\\\\\"
3. Navigate to where \\\\\\\"Pokemon Black.nds\\\\\\\" is located.
4. Select and the game should launch.

DeSmuME is 32bit version, if you have a 64bit computer use google.
