These themes are signed by Microsoft so they do not require a patch.

They include;

* Zune Theme
* Royale Noir

To apply these themes, simply;

Copy all contents in this download folder (Royale Noir.theme, Zune.theme, Zune Folder and Royale Noir Folder) to 'C:\\WINDOWS\\Resources\\Themes'

Then to use the themes go to 'Start', 'Control Panel', 'Display', 'Appearance Tab' and then select your desired theme from the drop down box under 'Windows and Buttons'.
