xXhighpowerXx released the first version of Keyvault Editor:

This application allows you to encrypt and decrypt your KV image (will require your unique CPU-key - which as reminder you can't get if you upgraded to kernel 849x or higher)).
You can spoof ur DVD drive on KV-side (rather than spoofing the actual drive), change your game-region and read-out/change the DVD-key and change your serial number, Console ID, Conver Type 1 to Type 2.
