the USA english text with the original Japanese spoken dialog.

Seems nobody found any problems with BETA1, but I made some
changes to improve read performance. I'm not sure how much
difference it really makes, but it definitely will not be any
slower than the original USA/EUR release now.

Movie, event, battle and skit voices are now in Japanese.

Oh, and that giant minimap is a sack of shit; use toxtweak to
get rid of it if you want.
