UFO Enemy Unknown (X-COM: UFO Defense) for Mac OS X Universal Binary


This is a classic DOS game made to work seamlessly with Mac OS X a la Cider style. Using latest (0.72) official DOSBox build. There are no configuration files, command lines, installs and whatnot. Just like Mac is supposed to be!

Mount, copy to hard drive and play.

Tested on Intel Leopard 10.5.5.



For those of you, who'd like to create their own bundles using DOSBox, it's pretty straightforward. Show package contents and replace game files in Resources directory, edit dosbox.conf accordingly (pay attention to last section) and also edit Info.plist and finally create an icon (img2icns comes in handy here). And don't forget to share!! :)
