This is a completed save game file of GTA San Andreas on PC. Just copy the file to your gta directory, which is in My Documents then GTA San Andreas User Files, copy the file here. You may notice that the file is called GTASAsf3.b, the 3 at the end of the filename is where it will be when you come to load/save, so if you want you can change the 3 at the end to any number you want, all this will do is position it in a different place on the load list.
