I've included both the Original DRM'd version - which can be used with Adobe Digital Editions - and a DRM-Free version that can be used with Adobe Reader.


Unfortunately as happens sometimes when DRM is removed from a pdf it has lost some functionality. The search function does not work and while you can copy and paste text you can't copy anything to clipboard within the program (images, highlighted section, whole passages, etc.). And even with Acrobat Pro (I have version 10.1.4) nothing can be exported (e.g. to Word or PowerPoint). The only way around this is using a image capture tool like the built-in Windows Snipping Tool.
