18:31 There is something really that unexplainable beauty about old school Death Metal, just listening to the new record by SLAUGHTERDAY reminds you of what this genre is all about, and the band explores a bit as well by pushing the boundaries of the genre.

Constantly shifting between mid tempo and fast tempo, both the guitar and the drums blast mind blowing metal and as a listener you are never enough prepared for this kind of onslaught. Some of the riffs like in “Crawling In Secrecy” are unmatchable. The slight atmospheric feel elevates the music like no other, and the vocals of Bernd Reiners are of typical growling Death Metal vocals, though just ordinary work just fine for “Ravenous”. If you give more concentration while listening you will realise that this is not one of those unidirectional mindless strangling of the instruments, there are some good catchy riffs and the bass adds the required juice to the album1.
