This is an offshoot from TSR's "Chainmail" product that spawned D&D.

Later editions of Boot Hill added a roleplaying element but this version is more about tactical tabletop shoot-out combat with wild west figures.

This PDF is created from a rather rough scan that has been floating around the internet but I have put effort in to restore and straighten up the pages.
