In the Madeira Island, the mute Countess Irina Karlstein is the last descendant of the evil Karlstein vampire family. She is a gorgeous nymphomaniac, seeking men or women to satisfy her need of sexual release as well as blood for her hunger. Irina likes oral sex with men and women to suck off not only semen, but apparently also blood, killing her male and female lovers in turn.
This is one of many sexploitation films of the 1970s so expect lots of nudity.
